Flat washer for the rocker arm shaft, there is a washer closest to the scissor stick, then the spring washer, then another flat washer.

Tip!
Take apart one rocker arm shaft at a time, then you can check on the other how it should fit together. Remember that the lubrication holes on the rocker arm shafts must face inwards towards the engine.
