Tip!
When installing the new gear, check that the vent closes just right. If it closes too much, the glass will crack, if it's too little, it won't be tight. Adjust by filing the stopper in the gear or in the motor. You can also shim with washers on the motor mounting screws. Don't forget to lubricate the gears with e.g. fat.
