You can find the chassis number on the registration certificate or on the license plate. Also found stamped up on the right frame leg approximately by the starter motor.

Before detaching the brake pipe from the hose, clean the brake pipe nipple with a wire brush and spray on rust remover, repeat this and let it work for a few hours. If you do this, you have a better chance of not twisting the brake pipe.

Don't forget to fit a new copper washer between the hose and the wheel cylinder.

When you have installed the new hose, check that it does not catch anywhere, think about the movement of the car's spring.

Ventilate properly and also take care to change the brake fluid in the brake system.
