Felt strip, U-Channel strip which is 65mm wide and sold per meter. This is a type of fabric material that has a surface that is perfect for glass panes and chrome rails to slide against. In addition, it is very durable, we have our own car on which we installed felt strips by the meter over 30 years ago and it is still in perfect condition. The location is slightly different depending on the car model, sometimes there are small pieces that only guide the side window in the right direction or that prevent the glass from being scratched against any surface. The most common location is in the U-Channel inside the rear edge of the door, where there is a U-Channel rail with fasteners, the rear part of the glass slides in that rail.
