Description
This is the little cross key that sits on the shaft of the power steering pump, it holds the pulley in place so it doesn't spin on the shaft. Look at the picture where the red arrow is pointing, that's where the cross wedge is.

Tip!
Check that the groove where the cross wedge sits is undamaged. Even the groove of the pulley must be undamaged for it to work.
