The ball bearing that sits at the front of the Aircondition compressor. Remove the belt and spin the pulley, you hear a noise on the bearing! then this is what you need a new ball bearing for the composer clutch pulley.

The coupling at the front works so that if the A/C compressor is not connected, then only the pulley at the front spins and the compressor itself is stationary. If you then have a bad bearing, you will get a bad noise and then the bearing will break if you don't replace it. If you are not using your air conditioner, leave the compressor in place. Just pull the cable to the electrical connection at the front of the compressor, then you can leave the belt on if you have a healthy bearing to the compressor coupling's pulley. Everything works normally except you have no cooling from the compressor.
