Remove all remnants of the old rubbers, sand clean and paint the surfaces. Try the new rubbers in place, possibly shorten the rubber a bit closest to the torpedo strip. Mark where the protruding sheet metal edge presses on the rubber. Cut a notch under the rubber, compare to the sheet metal fold in the corner (Marked in red in the picture below) the sheet metal fold is not the same on all cars, therefore you have to adapt the notch so it fits your car. Fix the rubber in place with a few drops of instant glue, check that the rubber is not too high and presses too much against the air grille and the hood, in which case grind off the rubber at the bottom. Then glue the rubber with e.g. Quick glue, then glue with e.g. Glues and seals on both sides so it is tight for water drainage.
