A shims kit that contains 4 shims for starter ring, flex plate. Must be used either between the starter ring and the flex plate or under the nuts for the flex plate.
Tip!
Check the picture how the shims should be placed if you have a play between the starter ring and the flex plate. If you have a play that is greater than the thickness of the shim set, then the shim set must be placed between the starter ring and the flex plate.
If the play is less than the thickness of the shim set, then place the shim set under the nut.
All 4 shims must be used, place 1 shim per stud.
