A refurbished original starter motor complete with solenoid, only fits Cadillac Eldorado with front wheel drive.

Tip!

Before disassembling the old starter motor, disconnect a battery cable from the battery.
It is very important that you have a charged battery in good condition.
Check that you have good contact on all connections to the battery.
Check that you have good contact on all ground cables. Engine block frame and Battery frame.
The most common cause of a broken starter motor is poor power and poor cable connections.
