A Cadillac, Delco original vacuum bell for heat and A/C with 1 vacuum outlet and 1 flat connection bracket. The location differs on different model years depending on whether you have with or without A/C. A spare part that we call NOS It stands for New Old Stock, that is spare parts that were manufactured when the car was new and that were just on the shelf. So not newly manufactured parts, hence New Old. The vacuum bell has small oxidation damage in one corner, but is tried and tested and works perfectly. The Cadillac spare part number on it is 1998916
