Generally
A newly manufactured vacuum bell that controls the handbrake release. When you put the car in gear, vacuum is sent to this vacuum bell from the neutral switch, which then pulls the lever that releases the handbrake. The original vacuum bell is attached with two folded plates that often break if you remove it. Now there is a solution to the problem, this newly manufactured vacuum bell has two mounting screws for mounting. Just drill two holes in the mounting plate where the old vacuum bell was mounted, and screw the new one in.
