A used valve washer in like new condition.

When installing the valve washer, do it in this order, and it will be correct. 1. Insert the valve into the cylinder head. 2. Place the valve spring, if it is more tightly wound on one side, the tighter winding must be closest to the cylinder head. 3. Place the valve washer. 4.Press everything together with the valve spring pliers. 5. Lubricate the grooves at the top of the valve stem with a little grease. 6. Mount the O-ring = the valve seal in the lower groove closest to the cylinder head. 7. Mount the 2 valve locks = valve snaps in the upper groove on the valve, the grease makes the snaps stick. 8. Release the spring and remove the valve spring clip. Now everything is ready and assembled in the right order. This is how the valves should be assembled without exception, then it will be correct.
