Description

This fuel pump is the best electric pump we have in stock, and also the one with the lowest price. We can keep the price at the lower level because we buy it in large quantities directly from the manufacturer.

This is a solid heavy duty 12 volt electric fuel pump that is very useful if you wire it in series from the gas tank. Look at the wiring diagram we have depicted.

Is the car difficult to start when it has been parked for a long time. Connect the electric pump between the tank and the fuel pump, preferably near the front beam. When you want to start the car, turn on the switch and pump petrol to the carburettor, then switch off the electric pump, now the car starts at once.

If you have problems with vapor lock in the petrol pump, turn on the electric pump for a little while and push the vapor lock away from the mechanical petrol pump.

If the mechanical fuel pump breaks, switch on the electric pump and you'll get home.

You can also replace your mechanical pump with this electric pump. But then bypass the old mechanical pump when you use it continuously and it will last better.

Tip!

Be very careful when using the electric pump, a regular mechanical gas pump it stops when the engine stops. The electric pump continues to pump gasoline as long as there is power to it.

If you then have a flowing carburetor or a fuel leak under the hood, it can be devastating. If it starts to burn under the hood and the electric pump sprays more fuel all the time, you will never stop the fire, it will be like trying to put out the fire with a gasoline syringe. So be respectful of the petrol, connect the power supply to the electric pump from the ignition lock preferably with a relay so you don't overload the ignition lock then the electric pump will stop if you switch off the ignition. Then use the electric pump with consideration, is everything as it should be under the hood? is fuel leaking out of the fuel system? Be careful!!
