Before detaching the brake pipes from the hose, clean the brake pipe nipples with a wire brush and spray on rust remover, repeat this and let it work for a few hours. If you do this, you have a better chance of not twisting the brake pipes.
When you have installed the new hose, check that it does not catch anywhere, think about the movement of the car's spring.
Ventilate properly and also take care to change the brake fluid in the brake system.
