It is this type of brake fluid that Cadillac in the USA says you should use in your Cadillac 1930-2015.
It replaces the following Cadillac specifications: SAE Delco super No. 11, Supreme #11, SAE Approved Heavy Duty brake fluid, SAE J-1703, SAE 70-R3, Cadillac DOT-3, GM5464831,32,33,34 and GM5464835. It is equal to or better than all brake fluids that Cadillac recommends from 1930 right up to 2018
The manufacturer is Blue Mountain or Peak which are the same company with the same brake fluid but with different packaging. Some bottles also say Synthetic brake fluid dot 3, it's just a sales text all DOT 3 is a synthetically modified mineral brake fluid so the text doesn't matter. American customers are very fond of the text "Synthetic" so that is probably why they write it on the label.
