We think Bleche-Wite Tire side cleaner is the best on the market for cleaning the white sides of tires. This 3.78 liter canister is a really good investment for many years of deckside washing to come. The brand has been around since 1947 so it's not a new miracle cure but an old and proven one. this is how the bottle looked in the 50s 
Tip!
Pour into a spray bottle, flower sprayer. Spray on a thin layer on dry tire sides, leave on for a few minutes, brush the surface with a dish brush, then rinse with warm water. Repeat if the tire side is very dirty. Clear! Of course it turned out well, and the can will last for many years.
