The rubber strips that sit between the fender skirts and the body on all 1964s except the Eldorado because they lack a fender skirt. The rubber strip is clamped on the edge of the fender skirt. This model is with the extra rubber lip which is exactly the right model.
Tip!
Test fit the strip before you cut it to the right length and cut to openings for the fasteners, once you have assembled and checked that everything is correct, it must be glued to the fender skirt.
