The rubber that sits on top or under the front coil springs. Sometimes there is only rubber at the top, sometimes under the spring. And sometimes it sits both up and down, check your old springs how it was fitted before. If you look in old Cadillac books, there are replacements and lots of different placements. this then compare with what you have. If you need both the upper and lower spring rubber, you need to buy two pairs
