This is a Delco, GM Original complete factory refurbished alternator 63 amps, with built in charge controller from approx: 1973. If you are tired of the original DC alternator and want a modern alternator, then buy this Cadillac alternator, build a new bracket and mount it using a simple wiring diagram that comes with it. put the old one in the garage and let it rest while you slide around with 63 amp charging.
Tip!
Be careful with the fastener so the belt lines up nicely with all the pulleys. It is advisable to run a separate earth cable from the generator to the body. Save the old generator, regulator and cable tangle. You never know when you will be hit by the original renovation need
