Rubber plate that sits closest to the leaf spring in the middle, there is one on top of the spring and one under the spring. A car requires 4 rubber plates.
Tip!
Before you try to loosen the large U-Bolts that hold the leaf spring assembly together, spray rust remover on the threads so the U-bolts don't come off when you try to loosen the nut.
