2 bushings for 1 side, loose bushings with dust cover. For a car you need 2 pairs. If the axle is in good condition, you can replace only the bushings, but usually you have to replace the entire axle with bushings, i.e. FRA-1120

When you're still tinkering with the front carriage, check through all the joints and bushings. Replace damaged front suspension parts. When everything is fixed, you should adjust the front trailer to avoid worn tires
