Loose nipple for 3/8″ pipe, this nipple fits pipes that have an outer diameter of 3/8″ = 9.5mm. The outer dimension of the thread is 5/8″ approx: 15.8mm if you measure with a caliper.

If you change a nipple and have to taper the pipe, you have to make a double taper. The single cone does not belong on brake and fuel lines.
