Jack up the car and wash off the gearbox with degreaser, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Lie under the car and check where the first drop of oil comes from, then it's easier to find where the box is leaking oil. To change the o-ring, you must lower the gearbox or dismantle the torsion bar on the left side and unscrew the oil pan and remove the gearbox shaft from the gearbox so you can fit the new O-Ring.
