This rubber sits between the upper steering column cover and the speedometer housing. The length is 33cm and it is made in exactly the same profile as the original. Look at the picture and you will see the location.

Tip!
Fix the rubber to the cover with a few drops of glue and it is easier to mount. Test mount first without glue and you can fine-tune.
