A used horn that has been "tested" and works fine. Signal horns are a bit difficult to test, sometimes those that have been tested before do not work, depending on current strength, age or that they have bunched up during storage or transport. We of course provide a 1-year warranty on everything used, including horns, if it doesn't work to your satisfaction, let us know.
