Only fits Limousines, Ambulances, Hearses + all models that have leaf springs at the back. So if you have a two-piece intermediate shaft with a support bearing in the middle and the chassis is built by Cadillac, this is the right support bearing rubber.
This part therefore does not fit a regular Cadillac. The ball bearing MEL-4778 is not included, it must be purchased separately.
