Brand new 12 volt alternator that looks like an original DC alternator. This original looking alternator is fitted exactly to your Cadillac's alternator mount, you don't need to rebuild anything in the original mount. It charges up to 100 amps at full load, compare that to an original alternator that maxes out at 30-45 amps in highway driving and next to nothing at idle. We have installed it ourselves on our own cars and we are super happy to always have plenty of power even after hours of cruising and idling. You can also display an original engine room with the "original" generator in fine working order. We control measured on our own -59 how much it charged at idle with low beam on, the fan at half speed and the stereo soft playing, the amp meter showed 14.2 Volts at idle!! The attachment points are exactly like the original and the connection is very simple, instructions with a connection diagram in Swedish are included. Are you in doubt?
