When installing the valve washer, do it in this order, and it will be correct. 1. Insert the valve into the cylinder head. 2.fit the valve seal with the large opening closest to the cylinder head .3. Place the valve spring, if it is more tightly wound on one side, the tighter winding should be closest to the cylinder head. 4. Place the valve washer. 5.Press everything together with the valve spring pliers. 6. Lubricate the groove at the top of the valve stem with a little grease. 7. Mount the 2 valve locks = valve snaps in the groove on the valve, the grease makes the snaps stick. 8. Release the spring and remove the valve spring clip. Now everything is ready and assembled in the right order. This is how the valves should be assembled without exception, then it will be correct.
