We are concerned that you should feel safe with how we handle your personal data in accordance with the data protection law GDPR. The law came into force within the EU on 25 May 2018 and has replaced the Swedish Personal Data Act (PuL). Via external services, we collect data about how you surf our website. This is to improve and analyze how our services are used, all to create the best possible experience for you.

Read more about your rights and our policy below.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Contact form
This page has several forms that collect data so that we can offer our services to you. The information you fill in, as well as the time and IP number are collected in our database so that we can contact you via the service you requested. You can at any time request that we delete the information about you, which means that we can no longer provide the service for you.

Cookie files
If you have an account and log in to this website, we will create a temporary cookie file to check if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie file does not contain any personally identifiable information and disappears when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also create several cookie files to save information about your login. Login cookies are valid for two days. If you tick "Remember me", your cookie will remain for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie file will be saved in your browser. This cookie file does not contain any personal data but only indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It is valid for 1 day.

To keep track of the shopping cart data, we use three cookies. Two contain information about the shopping cart as a whole. One contains a unique code for each customer so it knows where to find the shopping cart in the database. No personal information is stored in these.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this website may contain embedded content (for example, videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly the same as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect information about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with said embedded content, including tracking your interaction with this embedded content if you have an account and are logged into the website in question.

Analysis
This page uses an external service for analysis, Google Analytics.

Google Analytics collects information about how our visitors use our site and our services. Google Analytics saves a cookie on your computer and collects how you move around the page. This helps us analyze how our site and web services are used. The information is the basis for the improvements that will come in the future.

Facebook Pixel, which also saves information about you and your browsing habits on our website. The stored data is linked to your Facebook account but is washed before we see it. This means that we do not have access to exactly what an individual person has done on the website, but we do have access to how different segments have used the services. We do this to be able to more easily offer our services to those who visited us, as well as to find new target groups with similar movement patterns on the internet.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with anyone or sell it on, but use third-party providers for administration, hosting and backup.

How long we keep your data

For users who register on a website (if any), we also save the personal data they enter in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (with the exception that they cannot change their username). Even site administrators can see and edit this information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this website, you can request an export file of the personal data we hold about you, including any information you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete all personal data we have about you. This does not include any data that we are required to save for administrative, legal or security purposes.
