A used exhaust flange in good condition. It sits on the front part of the exhaust pipe and is screwed into the manifold. It fits both on the left and right side.

Check that the stud bolts are ok, replace if in doubt. If the gasket surfaces are not completely smooth, apply a thin layer of exhaust paste on both sides of the gasket.
