This is a newly manufactured rubber strip that seals between the glass of the rear window and the body. The strip is made of a rubber of the highest quality, which can withstand both sun, weather and wind without cracking or losing its shape. It is molded in the original design and has all the angles, sockets and dimensions just like your old original rubber strip. It only fits the Fleetwood Sixty Special. If you are unsure, check the chassis plate under the hood, it says 6039, then this is the right rear window molding for your car.

Check carefully how the old rubber strip is mounted. Be sure to remove all chrome strips in the correct order, being careful not to damage or break the chrome or crack the glass when removing. Often there are small screws or clips hidden in old putty, these can be difficult to find. It can be very helpful to read how to do it in the workshop manual. But as usual, think first and act later
