A newly manufactured 17 tooth speedometer drive complete with shaft, The appearance is slightly different to the original but the function is exactly the same. It is in the speedometer plunger which is threaded into the gearbox on the right side. The speedometer cable is screwed into the plunger. This drive only fits up to 1956
Tip!
Check that the speedometer wire is in good condition when replacing the drive. As well as that the Speedometer plunger that the drive is in is intact and tight, if oil leaks into the cable housing, the plunger is bad.
