Description
The rubber strip between the glass panes of the front and rear doors, the standing vertical rubber strip that is attached to the front edge of the side glass of the rear doors. These are a pair of rubber HT-Listers that are newly manufactured exactly like the original with a steel core inside the rubber. They must be mounted in the chrome rail that sits at the front edge of the door glass. They fit 4-door HT. So if you have a Sedan De Ville then these are the right HT-Lists for your car. On the chassis plate under the hood it should say 6239DX.
Tip!
The rubber strips are mounted from below. Start by cleaning off all old rubber residue from the chrome rail. Then pull the HT-Listen into the chrome rail, if it is difficult, lubricate the rubber with e.g. silicone grease, or carefully polish the rubber on the part that will go into the chrome rail. If the rubber is not firmly attached to the chrome rail, then glue it in place so that it does not slide down. Think first, assemble later.
