Fits cars with 7/16″ dipstick tube
A newly manufactured dipstick tube in exact original design that fits cars with 7/16″ holes in the block. So the outer diameter of your oil dipstick should be 7/16″ = 11.11mm, if that's correct then this is the right oil dipstick. The pipes are made of aluminum or steel, depending on what the manufacturer is able to supply. The function and fit of the tubes are the same and we supply what we have in stock at the moment.
When you assemble the pipe, wipe clean of oil in the hole, put some silicon glue or glues and seals on the upper part of the pipe that goes into the hole. Tap the pipe down to the stop edge of the pipe, check that the dipstick moves easily and does not catch the crankshaft. To check that the pipe runs freely from the crankshaft, you often have to dismantle the oil sump, if the pipe or stick catches the crankshaft, break / bend the pipe so it runs freely.
