A substantial universal petrol filter in sheet metal. Mounted between the fuel pump and the carburettor, the filter's hose connection on the in and out is 5/16″ = 8mm. On the return line 1/4″ = 6.3mm

Tip!
The filter works like an original filter of the glass cup model. The carburettor gets all the fuel it needs, what is not used is pushed back to the tank through the narrower return line. The petrol is cooled down in the tank, the advantage of this is that the risk of vapor lock is reduced.
